This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows:\ud\udTo assess the efficacy and safety of alternative primaquine regimens for radical cure ofP. vivax malaria compared to the standard 14 days of primaquine 0.25 mg/kg/day.
